When the team at Amaya Law reached out to us in spring 2024, they had a clear vision: turn a dated, house-turned-insurance-office into a space that could grow with their firm. They wanted it to feel functional and professional - but still warm, welcoming, and rooted in the local community.

Located in a part of Millcreek undergoing thoughtful revitalization, the project was a unique opportunity to reshape not just a building, but how it meets the street. Together, we reimagined the layout and added intentional square footage to better support daily operations, while creating a calming experience for clients the moment they walk in.

The site was also completely transformed. Xeriscaping, living screens, and thoughtful planting brought new life to the property - meeting evolving zoning requirements and turning what was once overlooked into something layered and intentional.

Finished ahead of schedule, the new space reflects Amaya Law’s values: confidence, connection, and care. A place where their team can focus, clients can feel at ease, and a once-forgotten office now speaks to its neighborhood.
